Terry Stephens has experienced many challenges in a 30-year construction career. From Bio-pharmaceutical and Micro-electronics to Data Center and Class A Office & Retail Space; Terry brings a reputation as an industry expert in all aspects of Construction Management. Terry has been the leader in all phases of the construction process. He has assembled and managed multi-company preconstruction and BIM teams. His experienced leadership in spearheading scheduling, procurement, fabrication and modularization, resource planning, and overall project delivery makes him an asset to any project team. Whether he is reviewing engineering, constructability, or contract terms, or creating and monitoring schedules while scrutinizing cost control efforts, he offers hands-on experience in directing all project activities from conceptual design through construction, validation and start-up for any challenging project.

He believes in the philosophy that the success or failure of any project can be attributed to a responsible budget, a well thought out and executable construction plan, and the proper reaction to changes outside of the teams’ control.
